Identity Across the Lifespan Workshop

As women, our roles shift, change, and evolve across different seasons of life. In this workshop, we will explore the impact of these different roles, look at changes in relationships, and notice patterns over time. There will be time for self-exploration, small group activities, and journaling. The goal is for each individual to reconnect with themselves, clarify what feels important in their current season of life, and leave with an increased self-awareness and personal grounding. We plan to accomplish these goals through supportive conversations, shared reflection, and new connections.
